Document confidentiality
Documents you submit are treated as strictly confidential. They are stored securely, accessed only by the professionals working on your translation, and can be deleted on request once your project is complete. Non-disclosure agreements are available on request.
Data retention
We retain project information only as long as necessary to deliver our service and meet legal or accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete your documents and personal data at any time.
